I think that George H. W. Bush was the best out of the three because Clinton had many scandals, and Bush Jr. didnt seem very smart. Bush Sr. was a nice guy and would call up leaders of other countries and talk. Clinton was someone that could talk to you and relate to you easily. But he had some sex scandals and other stuff that wasent good.
